Mandatory Data Backup for the rollout of eCourts Services Mobile App Version 4.0
The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India, is set to roll out an upgraded version of the eCourts Services Mobile App (Version 4.0). This version introduces a major architectural shift from the legacy Cordova framework to React Native to ensure high performance, responsiveness, and compatibility with Android 14.
In view of this transition, it is imperative to note that saved case data in the current application will not migrate automatically. To prevent permanent data loss, all users (Advocates, Litigants, and Court Staff are mandatory required to take a backup of their salved cases using the “Export” feature available in the current version of the App.
